Proud to Support: Proskills Global at the 2025 DMRC Charity Golf Day

At Proskills Global, we’re passionate about supporting meaningful causes that make a real impact—and few resonate more deeply with us than those that support our armed forces. That’s why we were honoured to once again sponsor the 2025 Charity Golf Day in aid of the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC) Benevolent Fund.

Hosted by BOBST UK & Ireland, the event brought together businesses, supporters, and friends for a fantastic day of golf, connection, and giving back—all in support of military personnel on their road to recovery.

Why This Cause Matters

The DMRC Benevolent Fund is a volunteer-led charity that helps fill critical gaps in rehabilitation services for serving members of the military. While medical treatment is provided by the state, the charity funds holistic, occupational, and social activities—the essential parts of recovery that help patients regain confidence, rebuild routines, and re-engage with everyday life.

From social outings to activities that promote independence and mental wellbeing, these experiences are vital to long-term recovery. And they rely entirely on charitable support.

How We Got Involved

With personal ties to the military and a deep respect for the work done at DMRC Stanford Hall, supporting this cause was an easy decision. Over the past two years, Proskills Global has proudly sponsored five holes on the course.

A Day to Remember—And a Goal Achieved

Thanks to everyone’s incredible generosity, the Charity Golf Day raised a total of £8,400 for the DMRC Benevolent Fund. That’s £8,400 going directly toward improving the lives of those who have given so much in service.

As a sponsor, it was rewarding to see our name proudly displayed on the course alongside other generous contributors—but even more fulfilling was knowing our support helps military patients take real steps toward recovery, reintegration, and renewed confidence.
