Claire's career path at Proskills Global Limited highlights her extensive experience and leadership in various domains crucial to the organisation's operations.

Currently serving as the Managing Director at Proskills Global Limited. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing the delivery of nationally recognized professional services such as training, competence certification, licensing services, and quality assurance across diverse industries in both the UK and internationally. Proskills Global Limited was launched in June 2016, marking the start of her duration as Managing Director. Prior to this, she spent a significant time at Proskills UK Group (National Skills Academy MPS), where she managed the Head Office, Customer Service & Marketing team.

Claire has developed and leads, a specialised team that includes consulting experts with substantial experience and a proven track record of impactful achievements spanning many years. Her professional expertise has been enhanced over 30+ years in various roles including Finance, HR, IT Procurement, and Training departments. She has accumulated 8 years of management experience, with 4 of those years at senior management level.

Claire has successfully led numerous projects, notably the implementation and management of National Apprenticeship databases, CRM systems, and various training databases aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and system integration. Her role extends globally, involving collaboration with international clients and stakeholders. She has facilitated administration and support for inbound and outbound skills visits and coordinated logistics for UK Study Tours, contributing to the global recognition of Proskills UK Group.

Throughout her career, Claire has been recognised with several awards for outstanding achievements and commitment, underscoring her significant contributions to the organisations she has served. Her career highlights include strong leadership, diverse expertise across subjects, and a proven record of delivering impactful projects. Her contributions have enhanced operational effectiveness and encouraged collaborative relationships globally and within the UK.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Claire finds joy in connecting with loved ones and pursuing her passions, she cherishes time spent with friends, family and fur babies, creating memories and strengthening bonds.

With a rhythm in her soul, her passion is dancing, along with reading and travelling.

Andy first moved into training roles because of his concern for the quality of the content and delivery of training for the people he worked with. People are at the centre of his focus when it comes to training, competence and ongoing learning. With Proskills Global he has helped to put the systems in place to help to monitor and improve the quality of the delivery and content of the training so that the Delegates, Trainers and Clients can all be sure of the most effective, up to date and practical training experience Andy says “At the end of the day, enthusing and involving people by showing them how their contributions can help drive and improve their workplace and surroundings, can lead to a positive outcome for everyone.”

Andy is an experienced strategic consultant and trainer who has carried out extensive projects in careers programmes, apprenticeships, industrial labour market research, vocational skills training and employer-led people development across a wide range of industries. He is also a qualified Assessor, Auditor, IQA and EQA with over 20 years of experience in assessment, quality assurance, careers guidance, skills training and development in industrial settings.

Andy is a keen MTB order and regularly rides many of the routes around the country, he has also been running a full contact karate club in Derby for 30 years, has been training for 40 years and has been part of the national team representing GB and England in the UK and Europe. He has also been the UK Veteran Kata champion twice in the last 5 years
