The Safe Stressing for Precast Concrete Certificate of Training Achievement (CTA) scheme includes onsite training of operatives in the use of stressing equipment tailored to the specific company/site. Once trained, operatives will satisfactorily demonstrate the necessary skills, knowledge and competence levels required against relevant modules. The competencies recognised by way of the CTA are intended to compliment any RQF or SVQs that emerge.
